JOB DESCRIPTION

● Assist co-op with project management of the works carried out at co-op properties, ensuring quality of work.

●  Be a point of contact and support for the maintenance team. 

● Liaise with builders and tenants while cyclical maintenance is taking place. 

● To keep up to date records of cyclical maintenance carried out at each property 

● Responsible for ensuring contractors work to specified quality standards.

●  Carry out inspection of co-op properties to ensure a good state of repair.

● Meet with the maintenance team regularly and report on any issues.

Note: Previous people in this role have worked additional hours doing small repairs. Any actual maintenance work carried out must be agreed with the team and invoiced separately. This is subject to capacity and workload.
